For a mission church, the financing of an initial building program is often a serious problem. In order to assist churches in obtaining loans for their building programs when secular channels may not be available or practical, the Northwest Baptist Home Mission established in 1958 what is known as the NORTHWEST BAPTIST REVOLVING FUND.
The Baptist Network Northwest is a group of about 80 churches and ministries in Washington, Oregon and Idaho which voluntarily work together to enhance their individual work for Christ. For over 75 years this group has stood together on God’s Word as expressed in a theologically conservative doctrinal statement. Together they have planted churches, borne one another’s burdens, sent out missionaries, created camping ministries and more.
The Northwest Baptist Home Mission is the home mission agency of the Baptist Network Northwest, facilitating both church planting and church planters within the framework of New Testament missiology and historic Baptist theology, providing impetus, oversight and financial management in the implementation of the great commission.
Church Planters are families erecting churches that will bring the “light of the gospel of the glory of Christ” (2 Cor. 4:4) into communities and families in the Great Northwest, influencing them Godward. They must have our prayer support and financial under girding to continue to punch holes in the darkness of this world. Ryan and Rebecca Frank are active in the planting of Involve Church in Nampa, ID.
NBHM Hispanic Ministries (HIS) Churches is the Church Planting program of the Northwest Baptist Home Mission, carrying out the Great Commission within Hispanic communities throughout the great Northwest.
HIS Churches E.W. is a coalition of pastors and churches in Eastern Washington dedicated to promoting the establishment of gospel preaching Baptist Churches in Hispanic population areas.
