Equipping one another for ministry is something that takes on both an organized and casual form in the BNN.  All of our events have content that strengthen the servants of God so they might do His work increasingly well.  Beyond the planned content of any given event, is the person to person sharing which happens spontaneously.  Sitting around the table for a meal, next to a brother or sister before and after services, or relaxing in a hotel or camp lobby are all venues for discussions of success and failure in doing God’s work.  The familial environment of our events enables participants to feel comfortable seeking new wisdom for their place of service.
